This Year's Question

This year, Eagle Eye will try in prayer to live these words of Christ:

"The work of God is this, to believe in the one who he has sent." John 6:29

And by deepening our contemplation of those words by studying in Theology:

God, Creator of the universe.

What does is mean to say God is Creator? Is he an artist like me! Can a Catholic believe in evolution? What is the importance of my faith in a Creator? Does it give me hope for my life? Ask these and many other great questions this year!

Which calls for the help of a realistic Philosophy which asks the question:

Do I live to work or work to live?

Working is not just an essential element of life but an authentic path to my fullfillment as a person. How can I work well? What does my faith have to do with work? Is there anyway for me to judge what makes good art and what makes bad art. Can art tell me anything about God? These and many other important questions will form the focus of this year's Eagle Eye and the search for the Truth!
